DOVER - Edward Randolph "Randy" Lee, Sr., of Dover, passed away on August 27, 2010. He was born on Dec. 16, 1958, the son of Beatrice Lee. He was 51. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, at noon at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, 1260 State College Road, Dover, where friends may call at that time. Burial will be private.
