A Public Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 10 a.m.-12 noon at Beacon Lighthouse Church, 1342 Dinahs Corner Rd., Dover, DE 19904. Celebration of Life Service will begin at 12 noon at the Church.
