MILLSBORO - Dorothy Floyd passed away Friday, November 8, 2013 in the Atlantic Shore Nursing Center. She was 92. Dorothy was born on May 21, 1921 in Maryland, daughter of the late Charles and Daisey (Grifith) Quillen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Floyd. Dorothy is survived by three children, Wayne Dixon, Winifred Talemal, Gwen Ferris; eight grandchildren; several great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. A memorial service will be 3 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013 at the Dover Church of Christ, 1156 S. Governors Ave., Dover. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the church.
