Doris Rose Dugent, 75

DAGSBORO - Doris Rose Dugent, age 75, of Dagsboro, formerly of Essex, Md., passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009, at Beebe Medical Center, Lewes. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Robert Dugent Sr.; two daughters, Deborah Letke and Carol Pease and her husband Steve; a son, Robert Dugnet, Jr. and his wife Janie; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Vera Signorelle and Pat McKenna; and close family friends Elaine and Jim Gilnore. A funeral service will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the Ocean View Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, Ocean View, where friends and family may call after noon. Interment will be private.
