MILFORD-Doris Griffith died Saturday, December 27, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. Doris loved being with people. She enjoyed camping with her husband, playing bingo, penny parties and going to the slots. She always welcomed everyone into her home and was a second mother to many. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Frank Griffith; her daughter, Lorie Davis, of Milford; son, Edward Griffith and wife Christy of Boise, Idaho; a daughter, Debbie Griffith of Milford; and son, Charles Griffith and wife Angie of Salisbury, Pa. She had sevengrandchildren and seven great-grandchildren who she loved dearly. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 1, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Multi Cultural Church at 105 N.E. Front Street, Milford, Del., next to Rite Aid, where friends may call from Noon to 2:00 p.m. for a viewing. Interment will be private. Services handled by Berry Short Funeral Home, Milford, Del.
