GREENWOOD - Doris Freer earned her wings on Aug. 2, 2013. She worked for many years in Allentown Garment Industry at IB Sportswear. Doris was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She was also a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her husband, Tilghman Freer Sr.; her mother and father, Bertha Gehman Roberts and Walter Roberts; brothers, George and John Roberts; and sisters, Betty Jones and Marie Muth. Doris is survived by her sons, Jr. and wife Pat Freer, of Greenwood, with whom she resided, and Thomas and wife Lisa Freer, of Bridgeville; brother, Lyle and wife Joy Roberts, of Allentown, Pa.; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Her celebration of life service will be Friday, Aug. 9, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Fleischauer Funeral Home, 16 W. Market St., Greenwood, DE.
