Doris Ann Sharp

SALISBURY - Doris Ann (Clayville) Sharp of Salisbury, Md. passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. Doris was born on Dec. 12, 1933 in Houston, Del., the daughter of the late Charles T., Sr. and Rebecca P. Clayville. She retired from General Foods in Dover. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Bonita Kay (Benson) Kelly; sister, Ethel Mae Clayville; and aunt and uncle, Garnett and Ida Newell. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jay Sharp of Salisbury; daughter, Vonda Kay Sharp and Warren of Salisbury; brother, Charles T. Clayville and Sharon of Houston, Del.; brother, Donald Clayville and Judy of Frederica; nephews, Charles Clayville and Melanie of Harrington, Randy Clayville and Kathleen of Milford, and John Clayville of Milford; special dear friend, Dora Price of Salisbury and Debra Wells of Gumboro and several great nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Monday, Dec. 10, 2012 at 1 p.m in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, DE, where friends may call after 11 am. Interment will be in Milford Community Cemetery, Milford, Del.
