Dolores M. Williams passed away on Nov. 2, 2016 at Kent General Hospital, Dover. Celebration of Life services will be Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016 at 12 p.m. at Mt. Zion AME Church, 101 N. Queen St., Dover, with viewing two hours prior to the service. Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016 viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division Street, Dover. Interment will be in Sharon Hill Memorial Gardens, Dover. Arrangements entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
