Dolores B. Tharp

Townsend - Dolores B. Tharp went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2018, in her home, surrounded by her family.
Dolores was born, Jan. 9, 1947, to the late, George and Mary (Kelly) Garvine. She enjoyed spending time with her family, liked to travel, cooking and gardening.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Georgeanna.
Dolores is survived by her husband of 52 years, David Tharp; three children, Pamela Wills and husband, Karl, of Smyrna, Richard Tharp and wife, Kelly, of Smyrna and Jennifer DeAngelis and husband, Aaron, of Mary Esther, Fla.; five grandchildren, Anthony, Aaron, Cody, Freddie and Reagan; and a great-grandchild, Dakotah.
Funeral Services will be held 8 p.m., Monday, Nov. 5, 2018, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where family and friends may view from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial is private.
In lieu of flowers please donate to the Helen Graham Cancer Center in Newark.
