Deborah L. Sherman, 41

MILFORD - Deborah L. Sherman, of Milford, died Jan. 17, 2009, in Arbors at New Castle. She was 41. She was born in Dover to the late Bernard E. Darling and Nancy Darling of Milford. Mrs. Sherman was a graduate of the Barbizon Modeling School. She did extensive modeling for Boscovs, JC Penny, and Sears. She enjoyed modeling and loved modeling clothes. She could make any outfit look good. Debbie was an excellent mom who loved her sons dearly. She kept a tidy home; her house was always immaculate. She enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by her family and close friends. Mrs. Sherman was a graduate of Lake Forest High School and attended the Milford Church of God. In addition to mother, Nancy Darling, she is survived by her sons, Justin Sherman, and Joshua Sherman, both of Milford; brother, Thomas Darling of Bear; sisters, Joyce Jobes of Magnolia, and Dawn Lee of Milton; and former husband, Ray Sherman of Houston. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, in Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington. Interment will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.
