MILFORD - On June 7, 2022, Deborah J. Elliott, peacefully passed away while surrounded by her family at Delaware Hospice.
She was born on June 1, 1955 in Lancaster, Pa. to the late Francis and Doris McGuigan.
Deborah grew up in Conowingo and graduated from Rising Sun High School, class of 1973.
She moved to Milford in 1980.
Mrs. Elliott enjoyed tennis, line dancing, and cooking for her family.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, John Elliott, Sr.; her son, John Elliott, Jr. and his wife Kristin; her daughter, Jaclyn Moore and her husband Rowland; her grandchildren, Cayley Robbins, Daniel Elliott, Alex Robbins, Jacob Elliott, and Leah Elliott; her great granddaughter, Avia Robbins; great grandsons, Bannor and Cyrus Owens; her mother, Doris McGuigan; her brothers, Paul McGuigan and his wife Elaina, and Fred McGuigan; and her sister, Linda Reeves.
Deborah was preceded in death by her father, Francis McGuigan; and her brothers, Karl and Allen McGuigan.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, with visitation starting at 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
