DOVER - Debora L. Hammond, of Dover, died Friday, Aug. 12, 2011, at her daughter Banetta's home. She was 55. Debora was born April 12, 1956, in Dover, to the late Richard E. Kelly and Ellen M. Millman Kelly. She worked in food service for many years. Debora enjoyed being around her grandchildren and helping anyone who needed help, she also enjoyed crocheting and doing puzzles. Debora is survived by her son, Frank Hammond and his wife Jennifer of Sylvania, Ohio; daughters, Banetta Hammond Bloom and her husband Steven of Dover, and Jolene Lenhart of Dover; sister, Peggy Carty of Delaware; grandchildren, Tabitha Lenhart, Bryce Hammond, Faith Hammond-Davis, William Windle, II, Joseph Windle and Steven Belt; and niece and nephew, Greta Ford and Ron Ford, Jr. Services will be at a later date.
