ROXANA - David Lee Justice, age 50, of Roxana, passed away at his home on Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2010, surrounded by his loving family. Dave is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Cheryl (Mitchell) Justice; his parents, Harry and Delores; his daughter and her fiancé, Amy Justice and Gus Volkman; grandson, A.J. Volkman. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 20, at 3 p.m. at the Frankford chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 43 Thatcher Street in Frankford, where a viewing will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Burial will be in Roxana Cemetery.
