David I. Albert, 55
FELTON - David I. Albert passed away peacefully surrounded by family, on Tuesday, June 8, 2021. David was born in Milford, Del. to Joseph R.G. Albert, and Patsy A. Albert.
David served his country proudly for six years in the United States Air Force. After serving in the military, David found his way to Kraft Foods where he worked his way up to be a crew leader, and worked over 30 years.
In his spare time, David enjoyed having an electrical repair business out of his home. He also enjoyed mechanics and working on cars. Anything with a motor, he enjoyed tinkering with. David was very family oriented and a forgiving person. His motto in life was, "if it's not done right, then don't do it". He will be sadly missed.
David was preceded in death by a sister, JoAnn Albert; as well as his father.
In addition to his mother, David is survived by his daughter, Christina (Mansur) Kerwin; son, Kevin (Ashley Cole) Albert; grandchildren, Katlyn Kerwin, Skilynn Cole; siblings, Debbie Strollo, John (Suzanne) Albert.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home, please visit us at www.melvinfuneralhome.com to express or send condolences.
