Darryl Lee Wilson

DOVER - Darryl Lee Wilson passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at his home in the arms of his wife. Mr. Wilson was born on Aug. 2, 1959 in Milford to the late Harold and Nancy Wilson. Darryl worked for many years as a Concrete Form Carpenter. He was well known for his excellent work and used his skills to construct many landmarks including his proudest design, the Wall of Championships at Dover Downs Racetrack. Darryl loved to travel and enjoyed being surrounded by his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Minnie; his daughter, Pam Balentine; two sons, Timmy Lancaster and his wife Tiffany and Robert Lancaster and his wife Stefanie; five grandchildren, Courtney, Kyra, Trent, Rhett and Elly; one great grandson, Kyrie; and his beloved pet, Peanut. He is also survived by his brother, David Wilson, his wife Beth and many extended family. Burial will be private.
