'Connie' Turley, 68 CECILTON, Md. - Constance A. "Connie" Turley, age 68, of Cecilton, Md., passed away Feb. 12, 2012, in the presence of her husband and best friend, Kevin M. Turley. Connie is survived by her three daughters, Catherine Melanie Graham, Pamela Turley-Lucido and Nicole Turley; sister, Susan L. Tucker; three grandchildren, Levi Nogues, Lindsy Nogues-Macdonald and Adam Woodruff; and two great-grandchildren. Memorial services are respectfully private.
