Clara L. Hall, 92

DOVER - Clara L. Hall, of Dover, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009, in her home. She was 92. She was born on June 14, 1916, in Frederica, daughter of the late Howard and Emma (Camper) Wix. Clara enjoyed life as a homemaker. She especially enjoyed reading, knitting, traveling and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Wyoming United Methodist Church and was a past matron of the Eastern Star. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Hall. She is survived by her son, William Hall and his wife Eleanor with whom she lived; two grandchildren, Jeffrey Hall and his wife Karen of Dover, and Michael Hall and his wife Janene of Harrington; and five great-grandchildren. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
