Charlotte 'Bunny' E. Whyte, 88 HENLOPEN ACRES - Charlotte "Bunny" E. Whyte, of Henlopen Acres, beloved mother and loving grandmother, died peacefully in her sleep on Monday, Dec. 21, 2009. She was 88. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 56 years, Joseph L. Whyte. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara W. Brereton of Pasadena, California and Diane W. Warin of Arlington, Va.; two sons, Lawrence J. Whyte of Trappe, Md., and Robert E. Whyte of Charlotte, N.C.: a son-in-law, Roger E. Warin; two daughters-in-law, Carleen Heinrich and Nancy Whyte. She will be terribly missed by her 11 grandchildren, her one great-grandson, many friends, including two special caregivers, Diane Niksich and Jackie Campunaso. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 26, at Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery, near Angola.
