Carrie Bernetta Clark, 49

DOVER - Carrie Bernetta Clark, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2009, in Christiana Care Medical Center. She was 49. Carrie was born on Dec. 13, 1959, in Dover, the daughter of the late Glen and Ida Mindora Clark. She attended school in the Smyrna School District. She is survived by her four children, Michael Clark of Woodside, Terrell Clark of Dover, Tonicia Clark of Woodside and Charles Clark of Fort Riley, Kan.; three sisters, Erma Boyce of Bridgehampton, N.Y., Estina Benson of Hartly, Agnes Lewis of Magnolia; five brothers, Glen Clark of Wilmington, Raymond Clark of Brooklyn, N.Y., Larry Clark of Felton, Donald Clark of Newark, and Terry Clark of Newark; an aunt, Delores "Betty" Williams of Aberdeen, Md.; nine grandchildren; and a special friend, Charles (Pete) Fisher and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A celebration of her life will be 1 p.m. Saturday in the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may gather one hour before services. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the funeral home to help with expenses. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
