Dillmore, 64 ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. - Carole Shaner Dillmore of Zephyrhills Fla., formerly of Clayton, Del., age 64 passed away on October 3, 2014 at the home of her brother Sandy Shaner of New Port Richey, Fla. surrounded by her loving family. Carole was born on December 31, 1949 in Grasonville, Md., the daughter of the late Merle and Beverly Shaner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, David Shaner; and sister-in-law, Diane Shaner. Carole is survived by her husband, John "Louie" Dillmore; brothers, Sandy Shaner (Pauline), Steve Shaner, Gene Shaner (Debbie) and Donnie Shaner (Cathy); and her sister-in-law, Robyn Shaner; as well as many nieces and nephews. Carole worked as the manager of the Super Soda Center for many years in Smyrna, and then later drove a school bus in the Smyrna School District in Delaware. Carole relocated to Florida where she worked for the Pasco County School District as a Bus Supervisor and driver trainer. A celebration of her life will be held at The William R. "Ace" Carrow Memorial Hall, Clayton Fire Company, 300 East St., Clayton, Delaware on Saturday, November 29, 2014 with visitation beginning at 12 p.m. and memorial services at 1 p.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to HPH Hospice Foundation/Donation Department, 12107 Majestic Blvd., Hudson FL 34667-2455
