CLAYTON - Carla O'Neal passed away on Thursday May 12, 2022.
She was born on August 6, 1959 in Dover, Delaware to the late Blanche Seward Duvall and Carl Duvall.
Mrs. O'Neal grew up in Camden, a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School. Following her graduation, she spent some time in the Philippines. Upon her returned to the states, she began working in Playtex as a factory picker; and eventually went on to do Quality Control. Mrs. O'Neal also worked at Wal-mart Distribution Center Office as the general transportation manager's assistant. She was an active member of the Camden-Wyoming Moose Lodge; there, she carried out many duties including holding offices of Reagent, Junior Reagent and tended bar for many years. Mrs. O'Neal was also a member of the Camden Wyoming VFW. She enjoyed working with ceramics; She shared a ceramics business with her sister, Rita for a number of years.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by two sisters, Rita Bryant and Kimberly Gunter.
She is survived by, her son David Armor, of Minneapolis, Mich.; daughter Nicole Armor, of Clayton, Del.; sisters, Rebecca Puglia (Vince), of Honolulu, Hawaii and Rosalie Sarver (Stoney), of Townend, Del.; nieces and nephews, Tony Puglia, Tony Perone, Matthew Puglia and Dee Ludwig. She will be missed by many friends.
Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Rd. (Rt 10), Dover. Friends may visit from 1 p.m. until service time.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Camden-Wyoming Moose Lodge 203, 760 Moose Lodge Road, Camden Wyoming, DE 19934.
