Billy Cleveland Carrow

DOVER - Billy Cleveland Carrow passed away on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015. Mr. Carrow was born in Vanceboro, N.C. the son of the late Stella Elizabeth Flinn Mathews. Mr. Carrow served his country in the US Navy. He was a truck driver, for many years until his retirement. He loved his family, watching westerns, his church family, Amish family and was a connoisseur of southern cooking. He was a member of the Camden VFW #3238 and the American Legion Post #0004. In addition to his mother; his first wife, Jayne; a brother, Bobby Godwin Sr. and a sister, Sandra Johnson preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife of 8 years Joyce (Rawls) Carrow, daughter Jennifer Godwin; son, Bobby Godwin Jr. (Michele). Grandchildren, Stephanie Mohr, Alexandria Gilbert, Brian Godwin and Shannon Godwin; great grandchildren, Grace Mohr and Elijah Nicholson; Brother's, Jerry Johnson (Judy) and Tommy Johnson (Linda) and sister's, Judy Hughes (Lewis ) and Janet Garrett (Randy). Aunt Jenny Lee, and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 26, 2015 at Pippin Funeral Home 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave. Wyoming. Viewing from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Sharon Hills, Dover. Online condolences may be sent to www.pippinfuneral.com
