LAUREL - Beverly A. O'Neal of Laurel passed away Thursday, April 19, 2007, in Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, Seaford. She was 68.
A viewing will be from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. today in Hannigan, Short, Disahroon Funeral Home, 700 West St., Laurel. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. in Laurel Hill Cemetery.

DELMAR - Dale Venoy Outten Jr. of Delmar died Sunday, April 22, 2007, in Children's National Medical Center, Washington. He was 3.
Dale was born March 9, 2004, in Salisbury, Md., son of Dale Venoy Sr. and Gina (Dukes) Outten.
He attended preschool at Building Blocks in Delmar, where he had many friends.
Dale loved to pray for family and friends and wanted to do everything like his Pop-pop.
He is survived by his father, Dale V. Outten Sr., who is currently serving his country in Iraq with the U.S. Army; his paternal grandparents, who were raising and caring for him, John and Rochelle Outten of Delmar; a 4-year-old sister, Alexis Jade Outten; a five-month-old stepbrother, Nicholas Matthew Outten; a special aunt, Katie Outten; a special uncle, John Outten Jr.; a great-grandmother, Rosalind Massey; a great-grandfather, Carl Pollitt; two great-aunts, Yvonne Hoppes and her husband Greg and Annette Dixon and her husband Joe; his mother, Gina Dukes Outten; maternal grandparents, Patty and David Mumford; and an aunt, Mandy Parks.
He was preceded in death by an uncle, A.J. Outten.
A funeral service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in Short Funeral Home, 13 E. Grove St., Delmar, where family and friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m.
Interment will follow the services at St. Stephen's Cemetery in Delmar.
