FELTON - Beth Marie Irwin passed away, Friday, April 26, 2019.
Beth was born Jan. 1, 1958 in Wilmington to the late X Isom Edwards and Rebecca Emma Hoffman Edwards.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, dogs, genealogy, family history, traveling cross country but especially being with her grandchild. Beth was also a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Dover.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brother, James E. Edwards; and sister, Joy Beker.
She is survived by her children, Josh Irwin of Camden and Amy Lavasseur of Frederica, Debbie Whitehead of Newark and Norman Becker of Smyrna; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 12 p.m., Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 237 W Lebanon Rd., Dover, DE 19901. Friends may call one hour prior.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover, DE 19904 to help defray funeral expenses.
Letters of condolences may be sent and guestbook signed at www.torbertfuneral.com
