DOVER - Beatrice E. Wood, 98, died peacefully Aug. 28, at Silver Lake Center, Dover. Born Beatrice Keigley on June 12, 1912, in Watervliet, Mich., "Bea" came to Dover from Sarasota, Fla., in 2003 to live her daughter Rocky Bushweller and her husband Brian. In addition to Rocky Bushweller, Mrs. Wood is survived by another daughter, Carisse Paquin; a son, Jack Wood; a son-in-law, Jack Hobbs; a brother, Kenneth Woodward, all of Florida; 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Bill Wood; two daughters, Joanne Wood and Sharon Hobbs; a son, Robert Wood; and brothers, Sereno Keigley and Fred Woodward, Jr. Services will be held at the Palms-Robarts Funeral Home, Sarasota, Fla., on Tuesday, Sept. 7 at noon.
