Lincoln - Barbara E. Morgan passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. She was born in Milford the daughter of the late Everett D. and Isabel (Lankford) Lynch. She was a co-owner of B & B Transport and also worked in food service for Milford Foods Service. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, William H. Morgan; children, Denise Williams of Dover and Jerry Morgan and husband, Charles Jester of Lincoln; two step-children, Wayne Morgan and wife Teresa of Magnolia, and Suzanne Warren and husband Rob of Lincoln; one sister, Linda Budd Edwards of Co.; four grandchildren, Cara and Spencer Warren, Colin Sprinkle and Gabby Morgan and her dog, Luke. Funeral Services will be held Friday, Oct. 24, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, DE, where friends may call Thursday night from 6 to 8pm.
