Miller Jr., 70
DOVER - Wilson R. Miller Jr. of Dover and Bonita Springs, Fla., passed away Thursday, Nov. 23, 2006, in Naples (Fla.) Community Hospital. He was 70.
Mr. Miller was born June 25, 1936, in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., son of the late Wilson R. Sr. and Mary (Oppenheimer) Miller.
He retired 15 years ago from the DuPont Co., Seaford, after 27 years of service.
Mr. Miller enjoyed his retirement, traveling between their homes at Pickering Beach and Bonita Springs, and pursued his passion of art by creating custom furniture, paintings and wooden bird sculptures. He also enjoyed dining out with their special friends and family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia A. Miller; two daughters, Faith Miller of Annapolis, Md., and Christine B. Miller of Lincoln; and two sisters, Irene Ditulli of Las Vegas and Linda Bocchino of Poughkeepsie.
Private services were held by the family in Bonita Springs, and a memorial gathering will be held in Delaware at a later date.
