Wilmina Ann Slingbaum, 79

SMYRNA - Wilmina Ann Slingbaum, of Smyrna, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2009, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital. She was 79. Mrs. Slingbaum was born April 10, 1929, in Dover, the daughter of the late Stephen D. and Anna Eardley Poore. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford D. Hunt; and a brother, William J. Poore. She is survived by a son, George S. Hunt of Smyrna; a sister, Mary Agnes Draper of Smyrna; two grandsons, Clifford Stephen Hunt and Zachary Hunt; and a great-granddaughter, Randy Hunt. Services will be 1 p.m. Monday, April 6, in the Faries Funeral Chapel, 29 South Main Street, Smyrna, where friends may call one hour prior to the services.
