MILFORD - William Pernell Pennewell, identical twin to Arthur James Pennewell was born April 18, 1964 to the late Barbara Ridgeway and Robert Pennewell, left this earth on Nov. 11, 2013, after a long illness. He was preceded in death by both parents; his wife, Felicia Brown Pennewell; brothers, Cedric and Roland Ridgeway; and sister, Rolanda Thomas; and father-in-law, Jose Pabon, Sr. He has left to cherish his memory, twin brother, Arthur Pennewell; brother, Robert Ridgeway (Penny); and sister, Mrs. Valerie Swayze (Melvin,Jr); his children, Moniqua Parrish and Joshua Willey; mother-in-law, Shellie A. Brown; sisters-in-law, Ida Pennewell, Christina Saez, Inez Pabon and Julia Pabon; brothers-in-law, Jose Pabon, Jr. and Juan Saez; and a host of very special nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held for close friends and family members on Friday, Nov. 15, 2013 at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 274 N. Rehoboth Blvd., Milford, DE.
