William Lewis Clark Sr., 66

William Lewis Clark Sr. of Lawrenceville died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2006, in his home. He was 66.

Mr. Clark was born June 12, 1940, son of the late Thomas and Bessie Clark.

He was a retired construction worker from Bells Construction, Lawrenceville. He had also been a bricklayer and a mason worker.

Mr. Clark loved working on cars, fixing bikes and things for the kids in the neighborhood. He loved his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Carter.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 36 years, Audie Lee Clark; four sons, William L. Clark Jr. of Plymouth, Fla., Bruce Clark of Apopka, Fla., Ricky Clark of Orlando, Fla. and Eric Clark of Lawrenceville; four daughters, Sheila Dixon of Seattle, Catherine Clark of Plymouth, Cynthia Anderson of Grayson and Audrey Nyarko of Lawrenceville; two adopted daughters, Dianthia Young of Philadephia and Nikole Mills of Lawrenceville; five brothers, Thomas W. Clark Jr., Robert Clark and Tyrone Clark, all of Dover, Del., Elmer Clark of Baltimore and Ronald Clark of Philadelphia; six sisters, Dora Woodlin, Alfreida Clark of Philadelphia, Lida Jones of Milford, Del., Elizabeth Mitchell and Barbara Morris, both of Dover and Elaine Taylor of Grayson.

Services will be noon today in Second Baptist Church, Dover, where friends may call two hours earlier.
