"Deer Tracker", 68 DOVER - William L. Muntz "Deer Tracker" passed away Friday, July 24, 2015 at Kent General Hospital. He was 68 years old. Mr. Muntz was born January 27, 1947 in Allentown, Pennsylvania to the late Alvin Muntz and Thelma Harmon Muntz. He received his Associates Degree in Engineering from Northampton County Community College. He was a HVAC salesman for Lite- Aire Products, Inc., Dover being part of his territory. Prior to that he made blue prints for City Blue Prints and Everett Associates Drafting and Blue Prints both in Allentown. After moving in 1989 to Dover, he worked as a security guard at Dover Downs, Kent General Hospital, and a salesman in the sporting goods department of Walmart. Mr. Muntz enjoyed deer hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Nanticoke Indian Association. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Rebecca M. Muntz; and a baby son. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Cleah Schrantz Muntz of Dover; daughters, Tiffany Rumbley and her husband Christopher of Dover and Krystle Muntz of Dover and her boyfriend Shawn Haddaway, of Easton, Md.; grandchildren, Nevaeh and Connor Rumbley all of Dover. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Peoples United Church of Dover, 46 S. Bradford Street, Dover. Friends may call from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Interment will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, at Grandview Cemetery, Allentown, Pa. Letters of condolences may be sent and guest book signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
