William 'Steve' Huffman, 58
SEAFORD - William "Steve" Huffman, of Seaford, died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2007, in his home. He was 58.
Mr. Huffman was born in Laurel, son of the late Ruth Ann Campbell and Willie Otto Huffman Jr.
He was a carpenter.
Mr. Huffman was a Marine Corps veteran, a member of American Legion Nanticoke Post 6, and served a year in the National Guard after his service in the Marine Corps.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Willie O. Huffman.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Connie Hudson Huffman; two sons, Stevie L. Huffman and Mark W. Huffman of Seaford; six brothers, Andy Hawkins of Sparta, N.C., Edward Huffman and Ernest Huffman, both of Laurel, Arnold Huffman of Georgetown, Jim Huffman of Millsboro and Lee Campbell of Albuquerque, N.M.; two sisters, Doris Marine and Sandy Dukes, both of Laurel; and four grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday in Watson-Yates Funeral Home, Front and King streets, Seaford, where friends may call two hours earlier. The Rev. Richard J. Bridge will officiate.
