William F. Callahan (Bill)

REHOBOTH BEACH - William F. Callahan (Bill), formerly of New Castle, died Monday, October 12, 2009, in his home. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 50 years, Annie; four devoted daughters, Susan Davis (Michael), Karen Callahan, Patricia Burns (David), and Kathleen Clark (Mark); seven grandchildren, Kristen, Brittany, and Meghan Clark, Sarah and DJ Burns, and Erin and Sean Davis; his brother, Paul (Lucy); his sister, Patricia Sianni; and many nieces and nephews. A mass of Christian burial will be 2 p.m. Saturday, October 17, 2009, at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Wilmington. Interment will be private at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Milford Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
