William Elwood Frampton

SEAFORD - William Elwood Frampton, of Seaford, died Monday, Dec. 20, 2010, at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital. He was 72. William was born March 30, 1938, in Milford, to Harry M. and Virginia Evans Frampton. He was a member of the American Legion in Sharptown, Md., and Moose Lodge #1728 in Seaford. Elwood enjoyed shooting pool and playing shuffle board. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Medford Frampton Jr. He is survived by two sisters, Dorothy Russell of Greenwood, and Ida Mae Wilkins of Cambridge, Md.; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be 7 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2010, at Fleischauer Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, to help with funeral expenses donations may be made to Fleischauer Funeral Home, POB 502, 16 W. Market St., Greenwood, DE 19950.
