DOVER - William Cooper "Bill" Lewis Sr. formerly of Dover, died of natural causes on March 26, 2007, in Charlotte, N.C. He was 78.
He was born Aug. 11, 1928, in Dover to the late Frank and Helen Lewis.
Bill is survived by his wife, Charlotte G. Lewis of Charlotte, N.C.; his children, William Cooper Lewis Jr. and his wife, Lorie of Charlotte, N.C., Dick Lewis and his wife, Laurie of Stanley, N.C. and Liz Anne White and her husband, Eric of Charlotte, N.C.; his sister, Nancy Baer of New Holland, Pa.; and grandchildren, Courtney Lewis, William Cooper Lewis III, Taylor White and Jackson White, all of Charlotte, N.C.
Arrangements by Heritage Funeral and Cremation Services.
