Issette, 72 MIDDLETOWN, Del. - William A. 'Bill' Issette, passed away June 10, 2012. He is survived by a daughter, Kim Gormley and her husband, Christopher; and their children, Michaela and Christopher; a sister, Patricia; and brother, Richard.
