MILLSBORO - Virginia Vann passed away at Atlantic Shores Nursing & Rehabilitation Center on April 22, 2016. A funeral service and Celebration of Her Life will be held at Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, on Saturday, April 30, 2016, where friends may call from 10 a.m. until 12 noon; the service will begin at 12 noon, with Overseer Febus Hunter officiating.
