DOVER - Virginia D. Taylor passed away Thursday, Jun. 29, 2017 at Kent General Hospital.
She was born Jul. 23, 1925 in N. Wilksboro, N.C.
Mrs. Taylor is survived by son, Oliver Burton Taylor, III "Skip"; daughter, Deborah Taylor and her fiancé Kenny Heath; sisters, Beulah Johnson, Mary Lou Hamby, Grace Ingram and Ethel Wooters; and three grandchildren.
Services are private.
