DENTON, Md. - Virgil B. Adams of Denton died Thursday, Nov. 9, 2006, in Memorial Hospital of Easton. He was 83.
Mr. Adams was born in Smithville, Caroline County, son of the late Frank Morris Adams and Mary Etta Everngam.
He managed the B & B Exterminating Co. on the Eastern Shore, retiring in 1984.
Mr. Adams was a charter member of the Choptank River Yacht Club, Denton, and was a past member of the Easton Loyal Order of The Moose Lodge 1520.
He is survived by his wife, Martha M. Adams of Denton; a daughter and a son-in-law, Renee A. and Thomas Marr of Fayetteville, Ga.; three grandchildren, Michelle and her fiancé, Brad Carver, Jenelle and her husband, Emmet Walsh, and Michael Marr; and two great-grandchildren, Luna and Marra.
Mass of Christian burial will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Elizabeth"s Roman Catholic Church, First Street, Denton.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Moore Funeral Home, 12 S. Second St., Denton.
Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Greensboro Road.
