Victoria Arlene Rollison

SMYRNA - Victoria Arlene Rollison, age 57, of Smyrna, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Christiana Hospital in Newark. She was born December 28, 1958 in Chester, Pa., the daughter of Paul R. Williams, Sr. of Wyoming, and Joanna M. McCoy of Dover. Vikki retired from the State of Delaware Office of Probation and Parole after many years of service. She enjoyed giving back to the community through multiple agencies, spending time with her grandchildren, and nights watching her loved ones on the softball field. Many would remember her vivacious personality, her willingness to serve others, and her intense love of her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Shani Benson and her husband, James of Dover; her son, Darin Sumpter and his wife, Jodi of Harrington; seven grandchildren, Shaianne, Trevor, Carah, Gavin, Jayonna, Jayla and Jabril; her brother, Paul R. Williams, Jr. and his wife, Susan of Wyoming; her two nieces, Danielle and Amanda; and many extended family members and supporting friends. She is also survived by her long time friend, Daniel R. Rollison of Clayton. A viewing will held on Friday, May 20, 2016 at 5 p.m. in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 S. Main Street in Smyrna. Funeral services will begin at 6:30 p.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Mom's House of Dover, 864 S. State St., Dover, DE 19901.
