Hurlock - Vernon E. Matthews passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Faith Community United Methodist Church in East New Market. Friends may visit on Friday evening at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg from 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
Burial will follow at Thompsontown Cemetery, Thompsontown.
