WILMINGTON - Tracey L. Missimer, 40, of Wilmington, and formerly of Middletown, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2009. She is survived by her mother, Phyllis Missimer of Townsend; husband, Alvin Carter of Wilmington; her children, Megan, Katie and Josh Missimer of Middletown, and Brandy Missimer of New Castle; and two brothers, Daniel and Bryan Missimer. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Monday, Sept. 14, at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad Street, Middletown, where family and friends may visit two hours prior to services. Interment will follow in Glenwood Cemetery, Smyrna.
