DOVER - Tommy Joshua Ramos Torres passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2021.
Tommy was born September 26, 2001, in Bayshore, New York to Tomas Ramos and Maritza Torres. He grew up in the Dover area and graduated from Dover High School and had attended Holy Cross Catholic Church.
He was an avid NY Giants fan, enjoyed cars and life and was a great son, brother, uncle, friend and was everyone's baby brother always a kid at heart.
Tommy is survived by his parents; brothers, Oscar Flores and Melkin Ramos Torres; sisters, Chelsea Ramos and Liliana Flores; and girlfriend, Payshence Wagoner; nieces and nephews, Lillian, Nathan and Adrian Flores, Rosalie, Gavin and Liam Rivera.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m., Friday, December 10, 2021, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 640 S. State Street, Dover, Del. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover.
