DOVER - Tragically, on Friday, June 20, 2008, Tiffany Nicole Hutchinson, of Dover, formerly of New Castle County, entered eternal life at Christiana Care-Christiana Hospital, Newark. She was 22.
Tiffany was a loving daughter, sister, grandchild, niece, cousin and friend to all.
She was a 2004 graduate of Hodgson Vocational High School, where she earned her certification and license in cosmetology.
Tiffany loved people and wanted to be a nurse. She attended Delaware State University, enrolling in the nursing program.
While attending school, she worked as a direct support professional.
She leaves to cherish fond memories her parents, Wayne Hutchinson Sr. of Mount Holly, N.J., Tina Michelle Terry of New Castle and Keith V. Terry of New Jersey; a sister, Asia Terry of New Castle; a brother, Wayne Hutchinson Jr. of Mount Holly; her grandparents, Clara Hutchinson of Mount Holly, Nancy E. Russell-Nixon of Delaware and Rudy and Lucille Terry of Florida; her aunts, Wilma J. Strickland of New Jersey, Claudia Carter of California and Ruth Franklin Maryland; her "baby," her dog, Cinnamon; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Her grandfathers, Win I. Hutchinson and Harold J. Russell Sr., preceded her in death.
A viewing will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Bagwell Funeral Home, 131 S. Broad St., Penns Grove, N.J.
A celebration of life will be 10 a.m. Saturday, with a viewing from 8 to 10 a.m., at the Holy Temple Church of the Fresh Harvest, Willis and Cumberland streets, Penns Grove.
Interment will be at Grace Lawn Memorial Park, New Castle.
A repast will be held at the Bishop Williams Community Center, Willis and Cumberland streets, Penns Grove, where family and friends will have the opportunity to share more fond memories of Tiffany.
The family requests that those wishing to send flowers contact Walton Flowers (Pennsville, N.J.) at (856) 678-3611 for all floral contributions; and/or send donations in memory of Tiffany Hutchinson to the Educational Fund for Asia Terry and Wayne Hutchinson Jr., c/o Commerce Bank.
