CHESTERTOWN, Md. - Thomas W. Brown, Jr. passed away on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018 at University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Chestertown. Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, Dec 15, 2018 at 12 p.m. at Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 6698 Church Lane Pomona, Md., with visitation one hour and a half prior to the service.
