LEWES - Thomas Lee Stubbins passed away peacefully on Monday, Dec. 19, 2012 at Seasons Hospice Inpatient Unit at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Del. A Celebration of Life will be Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013 at 11:15 a.m. at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, where friends may begin calling at 10 a.m. Entombment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Lewes Presbyterian Church, 133 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE 19958.
