REHOBOTH BEACH - Thomas Henry of Rehoboth Beach passed away Sunday, March 25, 2007, in Beebe Medical Center, Lewes.
Mr. Henry was born in Meadville, Pa., son of the late Donald and Kathryn Henry.
He graduated from Edinboro University, Pennsylvania, with a degree in elementary education.
Mr. Henry taught fifth and sixth grades at Pine Crest Elementary School for 30 years.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Mr. Henry was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Laura Henry; a son, Eric Henry and his wife Rachel; and two grandsons.
A prayer service will be 2 p.m. Friday in Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes.
Burial will be private.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Lung Association of Delaware, 1021 Gilpin Ave., Suite 202, Wilmington, DE 19806; or Delaware Hospice, 20167 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE 19947.
