Theresa K. Semans
Theresa K. Semans was born on March 16, 1924 in Welch, West Virginia to the late James Wesley and Julia Cox Compton.
In 1943, she married Jay W. Keller and spent the next 12 years living in Kentucky.
In 1956, the family moved to Magnolia, Del. to manage Keller Orchards.
Jay died in 1967 and she later married Jerry Semans, who died in 2003.
Theresa retired from First National Bank of Wyoming in 1990, after 26 years of service. For several years, she volunteered at Kent General.
In addition to her parents; Theresa was preceded in death by two husbands, Jay Keller and Jerry Semans; son, Dan Keller; daughter-in-law, Debbie Keller; and son-in-law, James Farrell.
Theresa is survived by son, James Keller of Dover; daughters, Jo Anne Keller Farrell of Virginia and Susan Keller Ulp (Dave) of Dover and Mary Keller Hall (Steven) of Virginia; sister, Reba Bolt of West Virginia; and daughter-in-law, Sharon Keller of Virginia. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Barratts Chapel in Frederica, Del.
