MILFORD - Terry L. Wegner passed away Monday, Aug. 27, 2018 at the Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. Terry had worked for the Law Offices of Patrick Scanlon, P.A. for many years in the debt collection department. Prior to her work at the law office, Terry was manager of the restaurant at Kmart in Rehoboth. Terry loved music, enjoyed watching NASCAR and was a fan of Dale Earnhardt, Jr. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and swimming in her pool. Several times a year, Terry would plan, prepare and cook for family parties where she enjoyed the great times had by her and her husband's families. She and her husband Donald also enjoyed preparing nightly dinners and washing the dishes together. Terry was preceded in death by her father, Allen McDonald; her mother, Jacqueline (Ebersole) Kochel; step-father, Joseph Kochel; two sisters, Sharon McDonald and Patricia Harper; one brother, John McDonald; and her mother-in-law, Corlin Wegner. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Donald A. Wegner; one step-brother, Jeffrey McDonald; father-in-law, Vernon Wegner; a nephew and three nieces to whom she was very close, Eddie Bunn, Joanna Pettyjohn Rivers, Debbie Wegner, and Mary Ellen Wegner; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 31, 2018 in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal Street, Milton with a time of visitation for family and friends from 12-1pm. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Milton.
