FREDERICA - Teresa Mullins, of Frederica, died Monday, Jan. 31, 2011, at home. She was 54. She was born May 12, 1956, in Dover, to the late John Boyle and Ruth D. Burnette. Teresa worked as a home healthcare provider. She loved taking her grandchildren swimming, gardening, crabbing, fishing, reading, being outdoors and watching NASCAR, especially Tony Stewart. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Arthur B. Burnette; and brother, Robert Collier. She is survived by her son, Chuck Shelton and his wife Julia of Harrington; daughter, Breonne Mitchell and her husband Duane of Smyrna; her husband, David Mullins of Frederica; a sister, Sharon Roberts and her husband Louis; two brothers, Michael Collier and Max Collier, all of Bowers Beach; and three grandchildren, Tyler and Shelby Shelton, and Tymber Mitchell; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be 5 p.m., Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Delaware Hospice. Letters of condolence may be sent, and guestbook signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
